The End of My First Sale Campaign

My first official art sale is now over.

It wasn’t a commercial success — not in the traditional sense, at least. But it was something else: a beginning. A real one. An act of trust. A way of opening a door and saying, “Hello there, this is me. This is my work. Take a look if you want.”

I launched this small campaign with just a few images. Not random ones — they were carefully chosen, because they reflected a certain kind of gaze: a gaze shaped by loss and the mental scars left after the end of a long relationship.

That gaze didn’t see the female body as a product or a social battleground, but as a source of vitality — a connection to the meaning of Life, to Mother Nature herself.

That’s still a dangerous stance in a country like mine.
A bit too naked, perhaps — not the models, but the intention.

The Atelier is now closed. The artworks I offered are no longer available, and they won’t return.

What remains of them — for now — is just a faint trace at the bottom of my portfolio page. But soon, even that will fade, replaced by something else. New images. New thoughts.

Was it a failure?
I don’t think so. It was a necessary test.

It taught me that doing this alone takes more time and energy than anyone tells you.
It also taught me that I don’t want to follow a predefined model. I’m building something that has to make sense to me — even if it takes longer, even if it stays smaller.

And yes, I had help.

From the silent observer of every shoot, every edit, every email.

The road goes ever on — with new international publications on the horizon, perhaps even an exhibition, interviews from a British crew, and collaborations with other creatives. All while I continue to practice, learn, and combine old techniques in search of something deeply layered and unique.

A proper artistic journey, don’t you think?

That’s why I invite you to follow my steps in anticipation — by subscribing to my mailing list:
